Interview
Interview process was good - but took 2 weeks.
1. Technical round at UST Global office (30 mins).
2. Technical round (Skype call) with the client (30 - 45 mins).
3. HR round with UST Global HR (10 - 15 mins).
Got the offer letter in a week. HR was friendly and responsive and salary negotiation was went good.
If you are deployed to client location, then free food and free transportation is provided by UST Global.

Interview
Well they had an apptitude test a coding round and a communication round after that they scheduled the interview round .it was my first interview and the interviewer wasn't very supportive .

They asked a puzzle.sql based questions and java related questions
Good and easy to crack
And interviews happened on time . released offer letter on time and onboarding process is smooth . Took 3 rounds of interview . The HR is good
