1- UST Global Round
2- Client First round around 15-20 min with some basic question of database.
3- Final round by client around 1.5 to 2 hrs.

Interview
The interview was pretty good. I had attended the interview through employee referral. Rather than a question and answer round it was more of a discussion meeting. I had 2 rounds of interview with revenue assurance department head and finance head. Both the interviews went really well and casual.

Interview
NIL. Just chose because of experience but was grilled by client. I docbt the guys out there are able to ask sensible questions but they can play mind games. Anyone can get through if the communications skills are great and if you are from the southern tip of India- Gods own country
