Llaman ellos interesándose en mi perfil de LinkedIn para cubrir un puesto, acepto participar en el proceso.
Primera llamada un viernes a última hora de la tarde, prisas para siguientes pasos, paso entrevistas iniciales, otras con responsables, y por último una para las condiciones. Me dicen que siempre contestan a todos los participantes en proceso de selección.
Cuando preguntan por espectativas económicas se las presento, nada descabellado para un puesto de senior, que era el puesto a cubrir... Ni una llamada, email ni contacto más.

It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
