UTOI Management Consulting interview questions

The interview took around two months to complete. It was a complete waste of time. They scheduled interviews with me two times but both got canceled on their end with very unclear indication of when they will get back to me. Pay is not high but they seem to have a lot of expectations from you without saying what they can offer as an employer.
