They asked questions I had never been asked before, so I was very unprepared! All in all it was a good interview. Did not get the job. But it was good practice

Interview
In-person interview with 2-3 person panel of management team members. Staff was very welcoming. Typing test prior to interview. Must pass typing test to move forward. This is new to the interviewing process, but they will ask questions regarding the video attached the application. Make sure to review this video a few times prior to your interview.

Very common scenario based questions regarding the applicant specifically addressing a need and/or concern, exhibiting great customer service, overcoming a challenging situation, etc. Be prepared with a specific story/example for answer each question.

Interview
Fairly easy, first you will have an over the phone interview, if that goes well then you are scheduled for an interview with one of the supervisors. Keep in mind, they do have you complete a typing speed test.
