The interview process was a lengthy but straight forward process. It started off with a few facts about the position and what is expected from you by the company. I liked that a lot because you knew up front what you were getting into and didn't have to go through a lengthy process just to pull out at the end because you didn't agree with some of the responsibilities. After that there were two rounds of interviews. One technical with about 5 people asking you questions and the other was a personal/cultural/behavioral interview with most of the team I am working with. The purpose was to meet me and ask questions to get a feel if I would be a good fit for the organization and the team.
