It was a campus recruitment process in our management institute. It started with initial shortlisting on the basis of the scores. The second round was a group discussion. It was perhaps the best group discussion that I've ever participated in. It started like any other gd but after regular intervals new conditions were added to the topic that made ones stand more difficult to hold on to. The second round was a personal interview. It was a long interview of almost an hour but it didn't feel like it. It was a good way to interview a candidate a it covered everything that is supposed to tested in a potential candidate. It got through the interview as and unlike others who were asked to appear for another round at their corporate office, I was offered the job right after the interview.
