Interview
A few cognitive tests followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Did not seem like the employees there enjoyed their work and was a red flag going into the interview. The hiring manager did not seem interested in doing the interview or even being there in general. Proceeded to complete the interview process but they decided to go with another candidate. Probably wouldn’t have taken the job if they made an offer. The company culture did not seem right or enjoyable.

Where do you see yourself ultimately in this company?
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Strengths and Weaknesses - What are they and how do you navigate them.
Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
