After resume submission I was invited insight for an in person interview. I requested to speak with the hiring manager to better understand the role and potential fit before I took time off work to interview. While working with the recruiter to schedule this call I had the opportunity to ask more questions on culture. Declined to move forward upon learning about the lack of work from home flexibility, the semi formal business attire (tie required for men daily) and the time tracking culture.

Process was involved with some pre work and on-site testing needed. The actual interview was good, seems like a nice HR group. Big company with many recruiters and it appears that they have a lot of open roles.

Mostly background and standard interview questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Milton, ON)
Interview
Only did round 1 of the interview process. Went to in person job fair. 100s of people interviewing at one time.
Did 2 separate assessments that had nothing to do with the position I was applying for. I believe all candidates have the same assessment regardless of the job. Then spoke with a Uline worker as they went through my resume. The whole process was about 30 mins. It was never an actual interview, guess that only really happens if you make it to 2nd round
