I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
I connected with the HR, the Managers. They are all nice and pleasant to talk with.
One thing strikes me is , they are heavy on the applet. They are heavy on the client application instead of server application. So that is a surprised for me. I am glad I did not get an offer
There are steps before you get an interview. (1), you have to fill up a written test and personality test (2) abstract reason
The facility site is very nice and the benefits are pretty good

The interview process for a Java developer position at Uline typically involves several stages. It usually starts with a phone screen, where a recruiter will discuss your background, experience, and interest in the position. If you pass the phone screen, you will likely be invited for an on-site interview or a series of virtual interviews.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Waukegan, IL) in Jan 2024
Interview
The first interview was a video call with an HR person. Asked about any experience with JBoss. Asked if I wanted to talk about any projects listed on my resume. Asked the questions very openedly, and didn't really do much talking on their side about the company - things you would normally hear about in first interviews/phone screens at other companies.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Nov 2014
Interview
Overall experience was great. Several personality, writing and logic test prior to interview. during interview with HR, I get to rate on a scale of 1 to 10 all the pertinent skills/technologies I have which probably matter to the open position.
