You have to go through a preliminary interview, then you get sent to the sales team if you go through. In the initial interview that I had, the interviewer seemed very unprepared, and inexperienced.
Only gone through the first round but she spit out tons of questions. I was able to come up with answers for all of them. Overall the interview was pretty average. There was no behavioral questions asked during the phone call interview.
