I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Jan 2023
Interview
Applied Jan 16th Got an email to schedule a virtual interview over teams the next day First Interview: Was with a recruiter where they asked behavioral questions and gave an opportunity to ask questions Had to complete assessments for misc. subjects after first interview. Second Interview: Was a panel with three members of the software team. Asked questions about resume but specifically went deep into projects that I have on my resume. Asking specific questions about technologies and the process. Basic Technical questions asked as well Had to complete test and assessment on all microsoft products such as excel, word and access. HR was very accommodating and paid for a very nice hotel very close to the headquarters to ensure you could get there. The hotel was 3 minutes away from the headquarters. Final Interview: Arrived in person at headquarters. Had to take two number assessments. Interviewed with one member for 30 minutes asking questions about experience and work style. Second Interview of the final round was with two more members. Here they asked much more technical questions asking to give examples. I didn't need to code anything out but needed to talk about how I would do it. Final interview was on a friday and I received a call on Thursday the next week extending an offer over the phone.
Straight forward and an average interview process. I went in unprepared but anyone that had some time to prep would have done well. They don't do anything special besides have a normal interview.
