Received initial email that auto-declined me for the role. I replied with a courteous thank you for considering my application. Next received request for an interview. Interview questions were standard questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years.

Impersonal process that treated you as a number. Assessment rich with various elementary assessments. Detached interviewer that seemed fatigued and basically warned of the “unique” culture. As a creative position you were told you would not have input on the creation be direction. Which was problematic to say the least given the position title.
