Did the initial phone call, standard interview questions. Then I was emailed a link to online tests. Tests were time consuming, and didn't really apply to the job. A few weeks later there was an interview scheduled. I arrived at 9:30am along with a room of other applicants. We were all placed into a 'testing room' where everyone was given number quizzes. After we finished, we were brought back to the lobby and waited to meet with another recruiter. I was not impressed with the in person process at all. She didn't seem capable of making good hiring decisions, and appeared very aloof and disengaged. Not sure why they didn't have the hiring manager there. Felt like cattle. Waste of time.
