Uline interview questions

Interview starts with two assessments followed by an individual interview. Staff was busy with other tasks and seemed to just work me in even though I had a scheduled appointment.

Started with a strange test not at all related to the job that I understand is standard operating procedure. Interviewer went through questions like checklist, very cold. Pretty sure she had little knowledge of what the position entails.
