I received a call from a recruiter and was asked very general questions. From there, the hiring manager conducted a phone interview with me. We then set up an in house interview. I first met with the CEO for 30 minutes. I then met with the quality manager. Both the CEO and quality manager asked me questions based on my resume and my experience with QC microbiology. During the last round of my interview, I met with a panel consisting of the secretary and other operations technicians. The panel did not ask many questions other than if I was willing to work in a cleanroom.
No science or technical questions were asked during the interview.
