Gave you a days notice. Process so ridgid that main topics not duscussed, like no benefits, and pay is honorarium at Colombia salary amount. Totally unrealistic for a Campus head in the USA. Who pays medicare and social security to government, only person on honorarium pay? I declined to continue process.

Too many questions and hurdles and presentations, to later be told the position that is responsible for everything at the campus pays less than a beginning faculty member elsewhere.
