The interview process for Summer League was cool. 10,000 applicants applied for the 2016 summer program, and only 78 were hired. I made it far, but not to the final stage. My last interview was a digitally recorded set of responses to questions by the hiring team.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.

Online application. Web interview, around 6 question, last around 45 minutes. Most of them are common behavior question. Overall it was a great experience. It's been a while but I did not receive any response yet.
