I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online and received an email about 2 weeks later requesting that I complete a video interview. The video interview was pretty awkward (for me at least), Basically they show you a clip asking a question, give you one minute to think about your answer, then the system starts recording. There is no option to review or redo your answers, and I think they gave two minutes or so to answer the question. There were 8-10 questions in my interview.

Question 1
Introduction. Asking why are you interested and What do you know about UA
Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

Question 1
Introduce yourself? Case study on how you would approach research.
You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
