I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2018
Interview
Long process, ask for your resume and updates maybe 3 times throughout the process. In no way did I feel that Under Armour was excited or even wanted to bring in interns. They close taking your resumes around October or November and give decisions in April. I've seen bigger companies make decisions in 1/5 of the time it takes UA. They ask for a hirevue interview around January. Very disappointed in UA, makes me think this is very reflective of their struggling stock price. If you wait until April to send offers, the best talent is long gone.
