Applied online, scheduled a phone call with a recruiter, moved on to interview with 7 people from the Account Service team 2 weeks after the phone call, waited 2 weeks and got offered the position. About a month process but recruiters were very helpful throughout the process

each person asked different questions so be prepared to know how your experience will relate to the position at hand
Invited to the preliminary phone interview via email from HR person. The next step in the process after the successful preliminary phone interview was a phone interview with an Account Services Manager. This was a little more detailed than the first interview. The last step in the interview process was a six hour, seven person gauntlet style interview. The seven people were all Account Services Managers. I wasn't offered the job. I wasn't even contacted to let it be known that I didn't get the job.
