I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour in Aug 2020
Interview
The interviews were virtual and I had approximately 6. All of the interviewers were on time and very professional. Some people did not give me much time to talk or were not as focused on the position I was applying for, but on the company itself.

I applied online. I interviewed at Under Armour (Austin, TX) in May 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. I had a phone screening call with her. Next, I had a phone call with their lead designer.
Their in-person interview is a 5 hours long. I thought there may be a design challenge, app review, etc, but it was just speaking with one or two people with various levels of experience. They were not particularly difficult questions, but many were repeated through different groups.
Ultimately the team seemed pretty great, but the company is completely undervaluing skills. They refused to budge on salary. They offered 15-20k below industry average which was disappointing–it's not worth working for a large named company who refuses to properly compensate.
