The interview process was good . Three rounds were there.
1. Telephonic round.
2.Skype round.
3.HR round.
I have cleared all the rounds but not got an offer letter due to the salary issues. They are offering lesser then I am getting. I do not know why they are wasting the candidate time if they do not have a budget for the offer and why they ask for ECTC. In one word they are not professional, HR, Technical person, and Senior HR especially. Suggestions do not waste your time with this poor company.
