You will be asked questions that related to your character, not necessarily your ability to do the job.
The phone screen is used to clarify your ability. If you get an in-person interview, the company already has determined you can do the job. They let you know quickly, sometimes in the same day.
Not like a lot of other companies that make you interview 3 times and drag the process out: Their process is to the point, two interviews, and you get an answer.
