Unison Consulting (IL) interview questions

I submitted my application around midnight, including my resume and a cover letter. I received an automated email around 3:00 AM, inviting me to record a one-way video interview. There was only one question: "Can you tell us about any skills or experiences you have that might be helpful to the job?" To receive documents specifically about my relevant skills and experiences, then requiring me to summarize that information for you before anyone even bothered to look at those documents is blatantly disrespectful of my time. Thank you for letting me know how little you value your employees, and how lazy management is so early on in the hiring process.
