I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was very simple. Applied on a Tuesday, received an email for a video interview the next day, did the video interview on Thursday. By Saturday I was asked to call to do a face to face interview. Called on Monday (not even a week after I applied!) was in Houston the following Monday. The face to face was easy. You will be there pretty long and don't be nervous. Waiting to hear if I got the position. Good luck everyone!

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
