the interview took place in the Embassy Suites by Newark Airport it was a group of almost 30 or more applicants all different races. Good pieces of advices the like you to responds to the questions in the START format,The STAR method is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, Task, Action, and Result of the situation you are describing. look in good the ways to used the method

The interview process was shortened to four questions, as two questions asked the same thing but were worded differently. The two interviewers who were supposed to attend did not, so I was interviewed by one man who asked the questions and wrote down my answers about how my experiences could apply to the role.
