The interview was lack luster and ultimately the company cut my interview process without notice. I will never interview or work at United again. After having 5 years of benefits experience I was told I was still a newbie and hardly has any experience. With that perspective, it helps close doors to professionals trying to enter United as employees and it closes United's doors to up and coming great talent.
