I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
The panel interview was on 5/14 meaning this is pretty COVID. I met with about 6-8 people. Research the company A LOT as they will ask you questions relating to research. They want to know you’re invested in the company and have taken the time. They asked normal interview questions such as your weaknesses and then scenario based questions relating to our job and safety.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
