I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
The Same process as everyone else stated. Very fast process. Applied online, received notification my application was received. A few days later I was invited to the group interview but had to call this number in which is very difficult to get through to book you flight date. It took about two days to get through but hey if you really want this job very bad, you'll do what you gotta do !! You don't have to have your passport when you go to the group interview but You MUST have your passport before entering training. Overall a wonderful experience !! Good Luck to all of you!!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
