I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jun 2015
Interview
Presentation about company, then 1:1 and meeting with management (second round). Be at your best behavior and smile, be the person they would want to work on the plane with. Information posted here before is very accurate. Why do you want to be a FA? and what makes you qualified for the position? type of questions. They ask a couple of behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...) which you are expected to answer using the S.T.A.R. method. Also you will read an announcement off a card, take a seconds to read it fast and then recite it out loud with your best voice. Then comes the role play with your interviewer, the hypothetical scenarios have been posted already. Think of the attributes that makes you a good fit and select 3. Keep composure at all times and please don't pull out your phone while in the waiting room. Hope this helps, good luck!

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
