I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at United Airlines in Nov 2022
Interview
Assessment, Zoom 1:1, f2f at headquarters
All your Star questions will be on the zoom/teams meeting. The in person is nothing to worry yourself about, it isn’t much. I spent over $300 (suit, hotel, Ubers). I’m not sure why airline companies do this. I’ve been a FA before & they want you to think it’s all about safety but it is not. 99% of the time you are a server & have to get the flight out on time. It’s all about customer service. Flying standby is not fun, it’s stressful. The pay is not fair for amount of time you give up.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
