I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online on wed 08/05/15 I then receive an invite to the video interview the following day. You have 5 days to complete it so I wanted to take the time to research the company as much as I can. I then thought I was ready and did the interview on 08/08/15 that sat. I just heard back today 08/13/15 thanks but no thanks. I'm a little disappointed however it is my very first "video interview" not really sure what they are looking for but it was exciting to at least get to the video process. I personally feel like I didn't do too bad I answered in the star format and felt confident even although I was a little nervous. But I have other opportunity with another airline maybe that one is the one for me. United hasn't had too many good customer service reviews lately which kind of makes me feel bad because it shows a problem in their selecting/hiring process. Good luck and just be honest and be you. If it's where you are suppose to be you will be : )

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
