Interview
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in July 2015.
Interview
I applied online in early June and received a HireVue invitation about 5 days later! The video interview consisted of some pretty basic questions. They are looking for HONEST and SITUATIONAL ANSWERS! I definitely recommend using the STAR method. Just try you best to answer with genuine answers and situations that you have actually encountered. Don't use someone else's experiences as examples! Overall, the HireVue interview went pretty smoothly. Just focus on making eye contact with the camera, your overall professional appearance and being articulate. :) About three days after the video interview I received my invitation for a face-2-face in Houston on the 3rd of August. I'm still extremely nervous! Definitely trying to keep a positive outlook and remind myself that it has and will be a great experience over all. Good luck to everyone! I hope I make it! (Will update prior to August 3rd with Accepted/Declined)
UPDATE: Ended up getting a CJO and am headed to training!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
