I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
The phone interview video for the flight attendant position was fair. There was a practice test that helped a bit because it prepared me for the video experience. The video interview gave me a chance to show a snippet of who I am and how I will benefit the company. Overall, it was a great experience.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
