I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied late November, received an email two days later asking to do a video interview i figured it would be pretty easy but its so impersonal because youre talking to a computer. I thought i did terribly on it and figured i wouldnt get a second interview. Four days later i got an email asking to schedule a F2F interview at Newark, NJ airport. F2F was pretty nice you're with a group of other applicants all of which are nice and everyone there is so nice and wants you to succeed. Definitely a long process was there almost all day 9am-3pm but well worth it start training after the new year.

Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
