I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online and received an email 4 days later offering a Hirevue interview. Completed the interview on the 3rd day after studying the questions on here. They were legit the exact same questions. Its a very very nerve racking process. About a week or two went by and was told to reapply in 6 months due to minimal positions available.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
