I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Feb 2016
Interview
The whole interview process took 2 weeks. I submitted my application online. The next day I received an email inviting me to do the video interview and I did it the next day.
Review all the questions on this site. and I can not stress this enough, but REVIEW EVERYTHING about the company, current events, history, and recent awards.
After 3 days upon completing my video interview, I received my F2F invitation at SFO.
When you receive an invitation for an F2F, review the whole invitation emailed to you and take note of the exact address, building and exit doors. We drove there and got lost for an hour trying to find the interview location. It was fortunate I left the house really early and arrived at least 30 minutes before my actual interview schedule.
During your interview, just be yourself and get to know your co-interviewees. DRESS FOR THE PART 'cos if you look good you'll feel good. Show the interviewers you're more than willing to commit to the job and all the responsibilities that come with it. For me, waiting to be called was more nerve-wracking than the actual interview proper. List all your customer service experiences, both good and bad, prior to all your interviews. List down as many as you can. So you'll just mentally pick from them when they throw you all the questions. I was offered the cjo as soon as we wrapped up the second interview which was the panel interview. I'll be flying out to Houston for training on the 22nd along with some of my co-interviewees. Best of luck to everyone!!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
