O processo foi relativamente fácil, sem muita firula, sem muito teste. Só um pouco burocrático demais com muitas etapas presenciais e sem abrirem muitas informações importantes e essenciais. Isso prejudica o candidato e não otimiza o tempo de todos.

O processo foi longo e fiquei absolutamente às cegas. 7 meses aguardando e só fui descobrir que não havia sido selecionada pois entrei na página para verificar o status da candidatura,ou seja,nem um e-mail agradecendo a candidatura eu recebi. Sinceramente,desapontada com a United,não esperava esse tipo de resposta de uma empresa desse porte no mercado. Podem ter certeza de que nunca mais me candidato a nenhuma vaga,falta muita transparência nesses processos seletivos!!!

I submitted my application online on a Wednesday. On Friday I got a call for a face-to-face interview the following Wednesday. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and two other managers on the same team. The moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The managers were very kind and I felt positive energy in the room. They asked several set questions that they said are part of their standard interview process. The entire interview took about 20 minutes.
