Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to prioritize your work.
Bizarre process. Utilized the ModernHire platform to conduct a pre-screening video interview. The questions for that pre-screen were not difficult at all, but it felt very strange talking to a computer and not a human being.
The follow up interview was with two actual people, conducted via Zoom. However, they were both incredibly uninterested and asked truly strange questions. I honestly almost felt as if they were just overwhelmed with other work to do, and simply conducted the interview as a formality.
Regardless, I was told a decision would be made early the following week. Then I received an email wanting to do another interview. So, we scheduled that. Then I received another email wanting to reschedule that one - and if I was OK with the new time. I wasn't able to respond in time (due to being busy at my current job) and they went ahead and moved it anyway.
I eventually just pulled out the process. I didn't want to work somewhere where people seemed hectic and uninterested.

Basic STAR behavioral questions - I'm having trouble remembering exact questions but I do remember a couple being odd.
