United Petfood interview questions

First Interview via Teams with Two people. Highly negative experience. Would not answer questions about role in advance and insisted on interviewing to answer and questions I had. If I had received the answers to my questions I would have pulled out of the interview. Basically wasted my time. More senior person (CLevel Executive ) did most of the talking and hiring manager (to whom the role reported) did not get to say much. Suggests to me this is an old fashioned command and control culture, with little autonomy or empowerment. Senior person talked over me and did not listen to my answers. I had to repeat myself a number of times and still did not listen to my answer. Senior person was frankly rude and I could not imagine anyone wanting to work in his team. Arrived late and then announced he would beconcentrating on writing up his notes from his last meeting to begin with so his colleague should start the interview. His idea of sales seems very out of date and clearly it was his way or the highway. Worst interview I have ever had. Avoid.
