United World College interview questions

Very Intense - I applied via the Spanish Committee and it was like 8 people interviewing my application. Asking me about what I wrote. The questions ranged from books I read, the challenges I faced, what I could bring. It was the 3rd stage of the process and was after I presented my project idea.

One on one interview with other teachers and principal, questions regarding experience and why I was the best fit for the role, followed by a site tour and classroom introduction
