I applied through LinkedIn. In 2 weeks I had the first round which was brief and straightforward with the recruiting manager based in the USA. The second round with the head of the department was one of the most tedious interviews I've experienced. The online interview was scheduled for an hour but extended to 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a predefined list of questions starting immediately as the call started. Some questions, like "what are brand guidelines?" and "how do you manage different versions of a document?", seemed more suited for an intern than a director-level position. Although I was told to wait as they were interviewing two other candidates, I decided right after the call not to pursue the job further.
