The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was contacted by the Director of Finance, after she saw the resume I had submitted on LinkedIn. I then had a phone call with her expressing my interest in the company and my elaborating my experience. I was then invited to interview with them at their Mountain View office. The office is just a big warehouse and looks like a really fun environment to work with. Also, they do not have a designated HR team, so everything is handled by current employees. I met with three different people that day - Director of Finance, Director of Operations, and the COO. They were all very nice and asked me some really nice questions. I had to give a brief and very easy Excel test where I was tested on Pivot Tables. I thought the interview went very well, however, I was never contacted by their management on whether I had gotten the position or not. I "Thank you for applying" email would have really been more professional on their end.
