I was out of job and actively seeking a new job, they gave me an offer. I talked to current and past employees who gave negative feedback about culture, nature of work and career growth. so i rejected the offer. Process was very simple and fast. it seemed they were in hurry to hire. I think it is so because they dont want candidates to talk to anyone since they know the feedback is negative. 1)first round was with HR. 2)next interview was with a program manager and senior program manager. 3)last round was with CEO.
