I applied online. I interviewed at Urban Assembly (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Regrettably, my interview experience was marred by the introduction of partisan politics. The panel of four ladies who interviewed me acted unprofessionally and made me feel uncomfortable. The executive leading the interview made assumptions about my education, work history, and qualifications and made an inappropriate political remark. As a result, I was not offered the position. I submitted a lengthy email to the CEO and received a shy apology from the Chief of Staff.

Question 1
From the get-go, partisan politics were brought up as the main subject in the introductory portion.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Assembly in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview was standard phone screen. Didn't get the chance to speak face-to-face with someone before having to complete a performance task. Upon completing task was ghosted. I don’t recommend completing a task prior to meeting someone face-to-face as the task is extensive and it is unprofessional not to get a formal reply upon completion.
The Interview process was long, but overall good. I had an initial call screen, then two in-person interviews. Very straight forward. I think the only con was that it took over four weeks to send over the offer letter after my interview process.
