      I applied in-person. I interviewed at UrbanSales (Auckland, Auckland) in Jun 2021

      Interview

      I was by a representant of HR team and who was going to be my leader team, during the interview they asked me about my experience and mainly, what were my methods to solve problems in a fast pace environment. After this, they were open to receive any questions from me, and I asked them about what would I learn in this company and what are the skills that I would develop the most due to the challenges that I as going to face. Overall, we had a clear discussion and both parties were pretty honest of what the expectations were.
