Interview
Advice: You really have to be patient.
I was called a week before the demo. I was asked to come at 8:30 am for the demo. I arrived at 8:00, then took an exam from 9:00-10:00.
I was interviewed by the college dean at 10:30 then had the demo at 2:00. I was interviewed by the HRMO head and next, the vice-president.
We then waited for almost two hours for the last interview by the president just to be informed that she was not available and we have to go back the next morning at 8. The next day, it was past 9:30 and the president was still not present.
This application process is, so far, the longest I attended to.

Interview
First you need to prepare a topic for demo teaching. Preferable general knowledge topics because your audience are the Deans of different colleges within the University. After passing the demo teaching you will be interview by the dean of the college you are trying to apply for as an instructor, followed by the VP for Academic Affair and lastly the University President. Most of the questions are focus on how willing and passionate are you to work as an Instructor.
