I applied in-person. I interviewed at Utility Management Solutions
Interview
First you have a virtual interview - everyone seemed nice. If you pass the virtual interview, they then bring you to an in-person interview.
They then take you to a room in a shared space (shared with the other building owner) for a panel interview with three other people. It felt more like an interrogation rather than an interview and the room was very cold. Then they have you take a simple math test and talk to the CEO who seemed nice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Utility Management Solutions (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2021
Interview
Virtual interviews are conducted first, then an in person interview is offered if they feel you are a good fit. Typically they just want to review your past work experience and see if you can pass a simple math test.
