Not a good place to work at, management is poor, zero care for staffs. Do not consider it. Waste of time, overworked and underpaid

The questions were more of a general customer service questions and scenarios looking for your empathy and mannerism. Be polite, apologise and go the extra mile

Applied online, attended a live session with information about the company then went into a breakout room online for interview. Was Straight forward normal interview. Got a phone call to say I got a position.
